Introduction

Calls & Keys LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and provides marketing services for auto repair businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically when you use our site.

• Form submissions: When you complete our free audit, start an order, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, location, and the answers and links you provide.
• How you found us: When you send one of those forms, it includes how you reached our site: the tags on the link you followed (for example which of our posts, videos, or ads it was), an ad click ID if the link came from an ad, the website that sent you, the first page you landed on, and when. We use this to learn which of our channels bring in shop owners. It is stored with your submission and, for orders, with your payment record at Stripe.
• Usage data: With your consent, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregated, and Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records the pages you visit, how you arrived, and your device and browser type. If you decline, we load neither.
• Cookies and local storage: Without your consent we use only essential cookies. We also use your browser's local storage to save your audit progress on your device and to remember the link that brought you here, so it can go with a form you send. That record stays in your browser and reaches us only if you submit a form. Analytics and advertising cookies from Google and Meta are set only if you accept them (see “Analytics and Advertising” below). On your first visit a banner lets you accept or reject them, and you can change your choice anytime via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Prepare and deliver your audit and communicate with you about it
• Process your service purchases and deliver the work
• Send service-related emails including confirmations, updates, and deliverables
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Improve our website and services based on usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. If you accept advertising cookies, Google and Meta receive information about your visit that they may use to measure and deliver our ads, as described below. We never give them the answers, name, email address, or phone number you type into our forms.

Third-Party Services

We work with a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate our business:

• Payment processing: Stripe processes all payments. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure servers and are never stored by us. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.
• Email delivery: We use an email service provider to send transactional emails related to your audit and orders.
• Website hosting: Our site is hosted by a cloud hosting provider that may store server logs containing IP addresses.
• Spam protection: Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors from automated submissions. It checks your browser and receives your IP address for that purpose only. It does not use your data for advertising and does not track you across websites.

These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose beyond delivering services to us.

Analytics and Advertising

Only after you click Accept on the cookie banner, we load:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC), to measure visits and which channels bring them.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.), to measure which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring visitors and to show our ads to people who have visited.

These services set cookies and receive the pages you visit, the link or ad that brought you, your IP address, device and browser details, and three actions: submitting the audit, starting checkout, and completing a purchase with its amount. They handle this data under their own policies (Google, Meta) and may use it for their own advertising services. We do not send them your form answers, name, email address, or phone number.

You can withdraw consent anytime with the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer; the tags stop loading from your next page view. You can also manage ads in Google Ad Settings and Meta ad preferences.

Your Rights

All users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hi@callsandkeys.com.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell it. Sharing for advertising happens only through the cookies described above, which load only if you accept them and stop when you withdraw that choice under Cookie preferences.
• Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

EU/EEA residents (GDPR): You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectification of inaccurate data
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Data portability
• Restriction of processing

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, plus up to two years for legitimate business records such as accounting and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hi@callsandkeys.com.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
