Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services.
Services Description
Calls & Keys LLC provides a done-for-you marketing system for auto repair businesses. The offering has two parts:
- One-time setup ($4,997): a complete build delivered in approximately 21 days, including website design or rebuild, social profile setup, Google Business Profile and Yelp optimization, local citations, search optimization, ad account setup with first campaigns, lead capture, and CRM configuration.
- Growth Engine ($797/month): ongoing monthly service including ad management, performance reporting, search ranking updates, review monitoring and response, and marketing recommendations.
All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.
Orders and Payment
- Pricing: Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing for future orders.
- One-time setup: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase before work begins.
- Monthly service: Billed monthly on the same date as your initial purchase. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Ad spend: Advertising budget is paid by you directly to the ad platforms (Google, Meta). It is not part of our fees and never passes through us.
- Payment processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not happy with the results, you may request a full refund of the one-time setup fee within 90 days of your purchase.
To keep the guarantee fair, we ask that you keep an active phone line and follow the lead-response protocol (returning new leads within 24 hours) so the system gets a fair shot.
Our guarantee covers Calls & Keys LLC service fees only. Third-party costs — including ad spend paid to Google or Meta, domain registration fees, and software licenses purchased on your behalf — are non-refundable as these are paid directly to third-party vendors.

Delivery and Timelines
The 21-day setup timeline is an estimate based on typical workload and is not a legally binding guarantee. We make every effort to meet stated timelines and will communicate proactively if timelines are expected to shift.
Timely delivery depends in part on your cooperation in providing required access, assets, and feedback. Delays caused by a client's failure to respond or provide necessary materials may extend delivery timelines.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables created specifically for you become your property. This includes website copy, graphics, ad creative, and other work product created as part of your order.
We retain a portfolio license to reference work completed for you in our own marketing, including case studies, testimonials, and portfolio samples. We will not share confidential business information without your permission.
Client Responsibilities
To enable timely delivery of your services, you agree to:
- Provide timely access to accounts, platforms, and digital assets as requested
- Supply accurate information about your business, services, and goals
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables within 5 business days of delivery
If we do not receive feedback or approval within 5 business days of submitting a deliverable, the deliverable will be deemed accepted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Calls & Keys LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Dispute Resolution
We prefer to resolve any disputes quickly and fairly. If you have a concern, please contact us first and we will make every effort to resolve it directly.
- Step 1 — Good faith discussion: Contact us at hi@callsandkeys.com and allow 10 business days for resolution.
- Step 2 — Mediation: If direct discussion fails, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a neutral mediator before pursuing further action.
- Step 3 — Binding arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under standard commercial arbitration rules.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Termination
You may cancel the monthly service at any time by emailing hi@callsandkeys.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Following termination, our refund policy applies per its terms.
We reserve the right to terminate service immediately and without refund in cases of fraud, chargebacks filed without first contacting us, or violation of these terms.
